EFPRP is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to act as the principal technical authority and strategic architect across our technological landscape in Toulouse. You will oversee IT & Digital Infrastructure, Data Analysis, Internal Support, and Strategic Infrastructure Discovery, defining standards and driving data-backed research.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in technical direction or enterprise IT architecture.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, server administration, and containerized environments.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams across infrastructure, support, and data analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of information security, GDPR, and identity/access management.
• Excellent English communication and strategic planning skills; EU residency.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate operations across IT & Digital Infrastructure, SR&DAD, ISD, and TC&SIDD.
• Oversee deployment, scalability, and security of internal servers, cloud services, and web applications.
• Steer data analysis pipelines and analytical frameworks to inform executive decisions.
• Lead TC&SIDD in evaluating, prototyping, and integrating emerging platforms and automated workflows.
• Enforce GDPR compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
