Blockchain.com is seeking a results-driven Business Lead to own the strategy and commercial performance of a strategic product, market, or customer segment within our Consumer business. You will identify opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, and competitive research while building robust business cases.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Trading, and other teams to launch customer-facing products, shape pricing, and drive execution in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in crypto, fintech, investing, or a similarly analytical environment.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, products, platforms, and customer behaviour.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with data-driven approach.
• Commercial judgment with understanding of pricing, funnels, unit economics.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and commercial performance of a strategic product, market, or customer segment within our Consumer business.
• Identify high-potential opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, competitive research, and crypto ecosystem knowledge.
• Develop and test hypotheses for driving users, activity, revenue, and profitability.
• Build business cases covering market potential, demand, product requirements, economics, and risk.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define priorities and launch customer-facing products.
• Partner with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Regional teams to execute initiatives.
• Shape pricing, positioning, distribution, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish cadence around performance, experimentation, launches, and results.
• Communicate recommendations clearly and align senior stakeholders on priorities.
