C12 invites a highly motivated intern to join the Chip Design team in Paris. You will contribute across the development process, from design and simulation to experimental measurements and data analysis, working closely with engineers and researchers.

Responsibilities include setting up experiments at millikelvin temperatures, maintaining data pipelines, and translating design insights into practical results that advance the quantum processor project.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in physics, engineering, or related field.
• Strong background in quantum physics and quantum information is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Python programming and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Simulate and compare designs, explore trade-offs, and investigate the relationship between predicted and measured performance.
• Help cycling the dilution refrigerator based on the experiment requirements, and coordinate the measurement equipment as needed.
• Carry out measurements and log data.
• Process, analyze, and visualize experimental data to characterize component performance and inform further design work.
• Document code, simulation methods, experimental procedures, and results clearly to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers across teams, communicating findings and relating them to shared technical goals.
