Job summary

Powerdot is seeking a hands-on Special Projects Coordinator to lead cross-functional initiatives across France & Belgium. You will own projects from problem definition to execution, including complex tasks like cable theft response, while improving processes and building automations.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Product and Data, and report to senior leadership with clear dashboards and measurable results. A fast-growing, impact-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, highly autonomous project manager.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or projects.
• Native French and fluent English.
• Experience in consulting or operating role at a fast-growing scale-up.
• Strong automation and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end with planning, deadlines, KPIs and reporting.
• Coordinate cable theft crackdown project with stakeholders and automate material availability processes.
• Solve problems creatively and structurally, not just firefight.
• Coordinate with Local Operations, Central Operations, Product and Data to clear blockers.
• Set up project routines, trackers and dashboards for senior management updates.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for action.
• Build processes, automations and tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Lead Powerdot’s work with Charge France and liaise with public authorities and prefectures.
