Veepee, a pioneer in online flash sales, is seeking a Senior CRM Project Manager for Personalized Promotions & Wallet reporting to the CRM Group Director. You will drive promotional strategy across six European markets, owning two interconnected mandates: ROI optimisation of the promotional budget and leading the Wallet & Promo Products CRM workstream.

You will bridge CRM strategy with product development, influencing tech/data teams and defining OKRs and roadmaps to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in CRM, promotional marketing, loyalty or incentive strategy in ecommerce/retail.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing a significant promotional budget with clear ROI.
• Strong analytical profile with comfort in performance data, A/B testing and KPI-driven decisions.
• Experience translating marketing needs into product requirements and working with PM/Tech teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence without formal authority.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the CRM budget strategy and ROI optimization across lifecycle stages.
• Lead the Wallet & Promotional Products CRM product owner workstream and define feature requirements.
• Champion gamification vision for the promotional wallet and ensure CRM objectives are embedded in sprints.
• Coordinate roadmaps with CRM leadership and ensure promotions are integrated into journeys and traffic plans.
• Document strategy, decisions, test results and roadmap contributions.
