Job summary

Vestiaire Collective, the leading platform for pre-loved fashion, is offering a 6‑month CRM Internship in Paris. You will plan and execute local animation campaigns across 70+ countries, coordinate with Creative teams, and analyze performance to drive growth.

The role requires an active Master’s student, strong Google Suite skills, and fluency in English. You will work in a hybrid setup with a start date in January 2027, joining a diverse global team and gaining exposure to cutting-edge CRM

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master degree with strong interest in E-commerce.
• Excellent Google Suite knowledge (Sheets/Slides).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly animation calendar and coordinate local campaigns on CRM.
• Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate assets with Creative & Copy teams.
• Implement campaigns on our CRM tool and monitor performance weekly.
• Lead deep-dive analyses using data to understand trends and user behavior.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend tracking to identify improvements.
