Les Nouvelles Recrues is recruiting a CRM Intern for Chain of Events, based in Paris. The role focuses on supporting the audience and email engine for RAISE Summit, collaborating with the Marketing Lead and Snr. Marketing Manager, and contributing to the CRM and delegate sales team.

You will keep the database clean, build segments, and assist in launching campaigns for the 2027 edition, often leveraging AI to improve processes.

Qualifications

• We expect strong data handling and standout organizational skills.
• Familiarity with email campaigns and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with marketing data is essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the quality of CRM data in HubSpot, cleaning and deduplicating records.
• Build and refresh audience segments for campaigns.
• Support dataset prep for delegate sales and telesales.
• Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot and assist with registration activities.
