Back Market is seeking a CRM Intern to join the Marketing team in Paris. You will report to Hera, our Senior CRM Manager, and help drive multi-channel lifecycle campaigns and transactional communications across markets.

The role focuses on CRM campaigns, data integration, and automation, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams. Start January 2027 for 6 months, full-time (35h/week) in Paris, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an experimentation and testing mindset.
• Interest in data integration and automation in CRM.
• Experience with CRM campaigns is a plus (Braze preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns with brand, business, and design teams.
• Support in brainstorming, implementing and analyzing transactional CRM communications across markets; define data needs for end-to-end CRM flow.
• Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support CRM automation to deliver dynamic, personalized content.
