Greenly is seeking a CRM Delivery Intern to join the Delivery team in Paris. You will work with the Delivery Manager and the CRM Manager to map CRM journeys, design campaigns, and automate workflows that enhance the customer journey.

This full-time 6-month internship focuses on strategy, campaign operations, testing, and AI-powered CRM. You will explore Next Best Action concepts, triggers, and hands-on tools like HubSpot or similar, gaining practical experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in marketing, data, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills in English, with French a plus.

Mansioni

• Map and design CRM journeys to improve the customer delivery experience.
• Create and manage end-to-end email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Run A/B tests; monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Contribute to AI-powered CRM initiatives (NBA, triggers, etc.).
