Voyage Privé, a leading travel tech platform, is seeking a Data Partner to shape the CRM data strategy and deliver measurable impact across customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Business, and Marketing to scale analytics and drive data-driven decisions.

With 5+ years in data analytics and CRM experience, you’ll lead data initiatives, develop semantic layers, and champion data literacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, experience in a CRM context is a strong plus.
• Proficient in SQL, BI tools, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience in customer analyses including segmentation, lifecycle, engagement and value.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and collaboration; bilingual EN/FR.

Responsabilités

• Lead the data agenda in the CRM domain to drive business decisions and improve lifecycle metrics.
• Partner with Marketing for campaign targeting, segmentation, and CRM performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Platform teams to ensure scalable analytics.
• Analyze and optimize CRM dashboards and metrics, including open rates, funnels, churn, and LTV.
• Ensure high quality data models, semantic layers, and analytics delivery.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, customer scoring, and data-driven innovations.
• Promote data literacy and decision-making across Marketing and stakeholders.
