Miele France is seeking a Credit Controller based in Le Blanc-Mesnil. The successful candidate will manage the French-speaking debtor portfolio, negotiating credit terms, and overseeing processes within the credit management team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in credit management or similar.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maintain relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (C1).

Responsabilités

• Negotiate with customers over unpaid debts and payment arrangements.
• Approve credit limits and manage write-off proposals.
• Maintain relationships with collection agencies and credit insurers.
• Report outstanding balances and credit risks to management.
