Zusammenfassung

Miele is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting across Belgium, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands. You will lead a team of five accounting professionals, ensure compliance with local laws, and partner with regional finance and the shared service center in Poland to drive harmonized processes.

Required are a finance/Accounting degree and at least 5 years of leadership, with fluency in English and French (C1).

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in accounting
• Finance and accounting degree required; CFA/CPA/FA or equivalent preferred
• Excellent command of English and French (C1)

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of accounting officers and credit controllers.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and tax/legal matters across multiple markets.
• Coordinate with regional finance, shared service center in Poland and global Miele organization.
• Drive harmonization of financial processes across the cluster and ensure intercompany compliance.
