Miele is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting for the Western Europe cluster (Belgium, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands). You will oversee a team of accounting professionals and partner with local teams, regional finance and the shared service center in Poland.

The role is based at HQ Le Blanc Mesnil with flexible hours and some remote work. A permanent contract is offered; fluency in English and French is required, along with 5+ years of leadership in

Formación

• Knowledge of accounting, tax and legal matters in an international context.
• Education in finance and accounting, CFA/CPA/FA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and excellent people management.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Clear communication of complex financial information.
• Experience in multinational, multi-location, multilingual environments.
• Comfortable in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English and French (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of five accounting professionals across the cluster.
• Ensure quality, reliable and compliant financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate tax, legal and credit management activities locally.
• Ensure transfer pricing and intercompany compliance.
• Safeguard accounting integrity and financial governance.
• Drive harmonization of financial processes across the cluster.
• Collaborate with local teams, regional finance and the shared service center.
