Miele is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for the Western Europe cluster (Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands). You will lead a team of accounting officers and credit controllers, oversee monthly and yearly closes, and ensure compliant financial reporting across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership, a finance/accounting education (CFA/CPA/FA or equivalent), and fluency in English and French. Hybrid work with HQ in Le Blanc Mesnil.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of accounting, tax and legal matters in an international context.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals across multiple markets.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Drive harmonization of financial processes across the cluster.
