IXO is seeking a QA reviewer to assess completed work against defined standards, identifying where it meets the brief and where revisions are needed.

You will apply rubrics, record gaps, and provide targeted feedback while tracking quality trends across reviews. The role emphasizes async collaboration and maintaining a clear audit trail for decisions, with a remote work setup and flexible scheduling for global contributors.

• Give contributors specific feedback and verify that repeated problems are visible in quality metrics.
• Improve checklists and evaluation rules when evidence exposes a gap.
• Coordinate asynchronously while keeping a clear record of decisions.

Background

Bring proven experience in QA, quality control or another review-centered role, strong written feedback skills and close attention to detail. You should handle evolving criteria without treating uncertainty as permission to guess. A dependable internet connection and focused workspace are required. Data annotation, content review and evaluation workflows are useful experience. Remote teamwork and technical, editorial or analytical expertise are additional advantages.

Deliverables and pay

Outputs are completed reviews, categorized findings, constructive revision notes and summaries of recurring quality trends. IXO will agree the scope, schedule and review criteria before work begins. Pay is $25 • $55/hr in USD. Work is remote.
