Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Creative Operations Assistant to support the Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris brands across the full lifecycle of creative programs, from conception to delivery of assets.

You will handle traffic creation, pre-production, packshot coordination and asset management, coordinating with freelancers and internal teams. Fluency in English and French and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• You are a student of higher education Bac + 4/5 with a first experience at equivalent position, in Agency (art buying, photo or TV production, creative producer, producer assistant) or in House asset production environment.
• Self-Motivated and very well organized.
• Fluent English and French (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Traffic Creation - follow and update creative’s agendas; register new creative requests; organize outlook meetings; follow-up with freelancers on bookings; gather and share briefs.
• Pre-Production & shooting - coordinate product availabilities and preparation of products to be shot; manage deliveries on set; assist on photo-shooting.
• Packshot coordination - establish and send the brief to the packshot studio; follow-up planning and deliveries; coordinate product availabilities and preparation of products to be shot.
• Asset Management - gather final materials with suppliers; archive files; upload assets on DAM with metadata; assist teams in asset retrieval.
