La rédaction est prête à Paris au siège mondial pour soutenir l'équipe marketing et les lancements des produits dans le cadre des Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. Vous contribuerez à la stratégie marketing globale et à la coordination des activations et des événements.

Étudiant en commerce/comms, vous maîtrisez Excel/Word/PowerPoint et possédez un bon esprit d'analyse, rigoureux et proactif, avec de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et une aisance en anglais et français.

Qualifications

• Étudiant avec Bac 3/4 dans une école de commerce ou de communication.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Rigueur, sens analytique, polyvalence et sens de l'initiative.

Responsibilities

• Product marketing : intelligence produit/prix, étude de marché, gestion maquettes/échantillons, suivi des artworks et analyse du mix par pays.
• Marketing & Communication 360° : conception d'outils pour activations et suivi quotidien; consolidation des rapports et analyses des activations; veille concurrentielle et recommandations d'activation; gestion des communautés sur Instagram; organisation d'événements presse/influenceurs/boutique.

Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing team for Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle at the global headquarters in Paris, you will play a real day-to-day liaison role with the marketing, product development and communications team, helping to manage product launches and implement the global marketing strategy.

Product marketing

• Competitive product/price intelligence & market research to formulate product development recommendations
• Management of mock-ups and samples for all product developments
• Follow-up of artworks on product developments
• Analysis of business mix by country per quarter and formulation of recommendations

360° Marketing & Communication

• Help design the tools required for activations and monitor their execution on a daily basis
• Consolidation of reports and analysis of activations
• Competitive intelligence on competitors' best practices in order to formulate activation recommendations in line with the brand's DNA
• Manage community management on the brand's Instagram account
• Help organize press, influencer and boutique events (creative follow-up, schedule management, coordination of production and various contacts, etc.)

Profile

As a student with a degree (Bac 3/4) from a business or communications school, you are comfortable with operational tasks and have a good command of office automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

You are rigorous and structured with an analytical mind, versatile, responsive, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You are fluent in French and English , have good writing skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
