Job summary

Skillbase Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Event Management & Webcast Production Lead to oversee corporate webcast and digital event delivery in France. The role blends hands-on technical production, client management and leadership of an international Event Management team across onsite, remote and studio environments.

You will be the main point of contact for event activities in France, ensuring high-quality delivery, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of live events, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Event Management, Webcast Production or Digital Events.
• Strong technical understanding of streaming workflows, webcast platforms, network connectivity, audiovisual solutions and live production environments.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

We are seeking an experienced Event Management & Webcast Production Lead to oversee corporate webcast and digital event delivery in France.

The role combines hands-on technical webcast production, corporate client management and leadership of an international Event Management team.

You will act as the key point of contact for event-related activities, ensuring technical webcast high-quality delivery across onsite, remote and studio environments.

The event Management Team Lead, you will manage a portfolio of strategic clients and be responsible for the technical preparation, operation and successful delivery of webcast and event projects, as the interface to customers and a key partner to technical teams. You will play an active role in the configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of live events, ensuring the highest quality service.

You will also contribute to the evolution of webcast production best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Webcast Production & Technical Delivery

Oversee the technical preparation and delivery of corporate webcasts and digital events.Manage streaming platforms, network connectivity, integrations, and technical configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live broadcasts.Advise clients and internal sales teams on technical solutions and event production requirements.Coordinate internal teams and external production partners to ensure successful event delivery.

Client Management & Event Consulting

Manage key corporate client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the event lifecycle.Advise on event formats, webcast best practices and technical solutions.Translate business requirements into effective operational and technical setups.Manage internal and external suppliers, budgets and service improvements.Act as the main point of contact for event management activities in France.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

Lead and develop an international Event Management team.Manage event scheduling, weekly rotas, resource allocation, feedback sessions and performance reviews.Drive operational improvements and maintain consistent service delivery.Coordinate local and international activities with key corporate stakeholders.Identify market developments, lead internal change initiatives and support group-level and local projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years' experience in Event Management, Webcast Production or Digital Events.Strong technical understanding of streaming workflows, webcast platforms, network connectivity, audiovisual solutions and live production environments.Proven experience managing corporate clients, senior stakeholders and external suppliers.Ability to translate client requirements into effective technical and operational solutions.Experience leading, coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Strong troubleshooting, organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and coordinate resources effectively.Comfortable acting as a senior escalation point for technical and operational matters.Proactive, customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
