Job summary

Skillbase Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Event Management & Webcast Production Lead to oversee corporate webcast and digital event delivery in France. The role blends hands-on technical production, client management and leadership of an international Event Management team across onsite, remote and studio environments.

You will be the main point of contact for event activities in France, ensuring high-quality delivery, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of live events, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Event Management, Webcast Production or Digital Events.
• Strong technical understanding of streaming workflows, webcast platforms, network connectivity, audiovisual solutions and live production environments.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical preparation and delivery of corporate webcasts and digital events.
• Manage streaming platforms, network connectivity, integrations, and technical configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live broadcasts.
• Advise clients and internal sales teams on technical solutions and event production requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams and external production partners to ensure successful event delivery.
