Job summary

Social Studio in Paris is seeking a Freelance Senior Producer to join our team and lead international brand experiences and private celebrations. You will oversee projects from brief to final execution, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate suppliers and partners, and ensure on-site delivery with a high attention to detail.

This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, strong organisation, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, hospitality or related field.
• Agency/creative studio or luxury hospitality group experience preferred.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
• International experience highly valued.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Knowledge of InDesign is a plus but not required.

Social Studio is looking for a Freelance Senior Producer to join our Paris team and support the delivery of international brand experiences and private celebrations.

Working closely with our creative, production and design teams, you will oversee projects from initial brief through to final execution. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, client communication and on-site delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Our work spans luxury brands, hospitality groups and private clients from around the world. We are therefore looking for someone comfortable working in international environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems and creating structure within fast-moving projects.
