Job summary

papernest is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst Intern to help shape company strategy and monitor performance. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other decision-makers starting in January 2027, handling strategic projects, advanced Excel modeling, and business plan updates.

You will also support BI initiatives with Power BI, Data Studio, or Tableau. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, autonomy, and collaboration in an international environment, with remote work options and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's from a top-tier engineering or business school.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shaping papernest's strategy and performance monitoring.
• Prepare presentation materials for top management (CEO, CFO, etc.).
• Conduct advanced Excel modeling and ad hoc analyses.
• Perform strategic analyses on new geographies, markets, and potential acquisitions.
• Support competitive and market analyses including market sizing and benchmarking.
• Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and monitoring for the Executive Committee and investor board.
• Build and maintain the business plan and BI data consistency with Data/Tech teams.

In this role you will: As a Corporate Strategy Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for helping shape the company's strategy and monitoring papernest's performance. You will work closely with key decision-makers (CEO, CFO, etc.) starting in January 2027. Your future responsibilities Strategic projects Preparing presentation materials for top management. Conducting advanced Excel modeling and ad hoc analyses. Carrying out strategic analyses aligned with papernest's development roadmap (new geographical markets, new business verticals, new products, Mergers & Acquisitions) Conducting competitive and market analyses (market sizing, expert calls, benchmarking, cold calling) Performance monitoring, management, and improvement Reporting, dashboarding, and monitoring of financial and operational performance, including reporting for the Executive Committee (COMEX) and the investor board. Building, updating, and monitoring the business plan. Continuously improving our Business Intelligence (BI) in coordination with the Data and Tech teams, ensuring the consistency and completeness of the data. Your profile You have graduated from or are currently pursuing a degree at a top-tier engineering or business school. You have early experience in corporate strategy, finance, M&A, or a related field. You have excellent analytical skills (Excel holds no secrets for you) and an interest in data tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, or Tableau. You are rigorous, organized, and autonomous. You are fluent in French and English.
