papernest is seeking a final-year internship candidate in Paris to support strategic analyses and BI development across the business. You will work with the business development and data teams to model scenarios, monitor performance, and build a robust business plan.

Ideal candidates are numerate, rigorous, autonomous, fluent in French and English, and eager to learn. The role offers hybrid work with some remote days and plenty of growth opportunities within a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• You are studying at a top engineering or business school and are looking for your final-year internship.
• You have strong analytical skills and a strong interest in data tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau.
• Rigorous and well-organized.
• Autonomous and a fast learner.
• You speak French and English.

Responsabilités

• Carry out strategic analyses related to the business development roadmap.
• Conduct in-depth modelling and ad-hoc analyses.
• Monitor and improve business performance through reporting and dashboards.
• Build, update and monitor the business plan.
• Improve BI in coordination with Data/Tech teams to ensure data consistency.

In this role you will:

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out strategic analyses related to the business development roadmap, e.g. customer acquisition strategy, purchasing strategy, pricing strategy, etc.
• Conduct in-depth modelling and ad-hoc analyses.
• Take part in monitoring, driving and improving the performance of the business: Reporting, dashboarding, and monitoring of financial and operational performance.
• Building, updating and monitoring the business plan.
• Continuously improving our BI in coordination with the Data/Tech teams to ensure data consistency and completeness

Your profile:

• You are studying at a top engineering or business school and are looking for your final-year internship.
• You have strong analytical skills (Excel holds no secrets for you) and a strong interest in data tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
• Rigorous and well-organized.
• Autonomous and a fast learner.
• You speak French and English.

Hiring Process:

• First call with Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
• Interview and business case with Olivier, your future manager (1h30 interview + 2 hour business case)
• Final interview with one of you future colleagues (1h30)
