VINCI is seeking an experienced Contract Manager (M/F) to oversee contractual and commercial matters across the lifecycle of a major international infrastructure project. The role involves ensuring compliance with obligations, protecting project interests and supporting delivery objectives in a demanding, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management and/or Construction Law.
• Experience on large infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, or EPC projects is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English, including contractual and technical English.
• Adaptable and internationally mobile with ability to work in multicultural teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the application of the main contract and perform financial follow-up.
• Manage contractual correspondence with the Client, including claims and variations.
• Register and follow up variation orders, contractual events, and client communications.
• Identify and assess contractual, commercial, and financial risks and propose mitigations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure obligations and third-party requirements are met.
• Anticipate risks of delays and possible contractual penalties.
• Support development and implementation of the project's contractual/commercial strategy.
• Assist with client valuations and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Participate in project reviews and management meetings.
