Karat is seeking talented Interview Engineers to join our Community. This contractor/freelancer opportunity involves facilitating technical interviews for software developers worldwide, with resumes submitted in English.

As an Interview Engineer, you will create inclusive hiring processes, mitigate bias, and provide objective evaluations. Applicants should have 3+ years of software development experience and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
• Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)

Responsabilités

• Interview—facilitate interviews via Karat's platform and evaluate coding skills.
• Evaluate—assess candidate performance, style, and answers.
• Partner—collaborate with Karat to test content and processes.
