Proven track record in securing global SaaS and ad‑tech partnerships.
Deep understanding of digital regulations (AI Act, DSA).
Ability to advise cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Full professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering: Drive the compliant deployment of cutting‑edge digital projects GenAI, immersive e‑commerce experiences.
Complex Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate strategic commercial agreements, including global SaaS solutions, ad‑tech platforms, digital agency ecosystems, and technology partnerships.
Regulatory Guidance: Translate tech regulations (AI Act, DSA, GDPR) into actionable business guidelines.
