Consultant / Manager - Change Management & Technology Delivery H/F

Job Description

We are looking for new talents to work on projects within business departments, from the scoping phase to operational implementation.

1. Project Intervention
- Assist business departments in the operational implementation of new regulations or following remediation plans
- Coordinate and execute technical or field projects for continuous improvement
- Map the technical and functional risks related to non-compliance, assess their criticality, and propose targeted action plans
- Optimize monitoring indicators and identify areas for development
- Act as an alert at all hierarchical levels
- Work on organization, operational efficiency, and change management with a focus on reducing time, costs, and maintaining quality control

2. Internally, you will participate in development and capitalization actions:
- Internal projects within the tribe or community (offer, article, training, responding to RFPs, etc.)

Requirements

- Graduate from a top business school, engineering school, IEP (Institute of Political Studies), or leading university, you have a confirmed experience of over 4 years in consulting.
- Organized, rigorous, and responsive, you demonstrate a team spirit. You are also proficient in spoken and written English.
