TESC Contracting is seeking an HSE Coordinator to monitor and support health, safety and environmental activities across project sites. You will assist with training, audits, incident investigations and safety administration to ensure compliance with policies and client requirements.

The role covers pre-mobilization and ongoing project safety, training coordination and documentation. A college diploma in HSE and 1–3 years of safety experience in construction are preferred.

Qualifications

• College diploma or technical training in Occupational Health and Safety.
• NCSO certification or CRSP designation is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of construction hazards, safety practices, and regulations.
• 1–3 years of safety experience in construction projects.
• Valid Driver's License (Class G).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated investigative, analytical and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor site compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and audits including PPE, CCVs, and emergency reviews.
• Deliver daily safety meetings and toolbox talks with proper documentation.
• Guide project teams to improve safety compliance plans.
• Identify non-conformances and track corrective actions.
