We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards across client site operations. Acting as the primary QHSE contact on-site, you will support safe working practices, maintain regulatory and contractual compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to promote a strong safety culture, manage non-conformities, and enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection and preparation of documentation required for Prevention Plans (PDP)
- Ensure internal and external communication and dissemination of prevention plans and safety procedures
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company and client QHSE policies and site safety instructions
- Act as the on-site HSE reference point for internal teams and customers
- Manage anomalies, non-conformities, and QHSE claims by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Track and communicate progress on incident and corrective action management to stakeholders and customers
- Participate in subcontractor validation processes in collaboration with Quality teams
- Ensure updates to protocols and procedures are communicated to internal teams, service providers, and customers
- Conduct audits of stakeholders and site activities
- Lead and promote QHSE initiatives and awareness on-site
- Support continuous improvement of QHSE processes and procedures
Requirements
- Experience working within a laboratory or regulated technical environment
- Proven experience in Quality and Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) roles
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (Bac+2 to Bac+3 or similar) in QHSE management or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of QHSE standards, procedures, and compliance practices
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
