Aquazzura’s Paris store is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and build strong client relationships while meeting sales targets.

You will be responsible for product knowledge, active selling on the shop floor, and maintaining merchandising standards in a busy luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with brand ambassador duties.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of product and awareness of competitive activity.

Responsabilités

• Represent Aquazzura as an ambassador of the brand.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs.
• Build up a loyal clientele.
• Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor.
• Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
• Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company.
• Achieve individual and store goals and develop the business.
• Operate retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer database).
• Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Involved in stock and inventory.
• Report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain merchandising standards.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Client and Business oriented

• Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
• Build up a loyal Clientele;
• Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
• Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.

Operations:

• Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
• Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
• Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
• Involved in the Stock and Inventory;
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
• Maintain merchandising standards.
