Aquazzura is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized customer experience and drive sales in its Paris store. You will build strong client relationships, represent the brand on the selling floor, and maintain in-depth product knowledge.

The role stresses client focus, luxury service, and a proactive sales approach. The candidate should be fluent in French and English, have 2+ years in fashion/luxury sales, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
• Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality.
• Must be customer-oriented.
• Action and Sales oriented.
• Excellent customer and service attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Luxury product knowledge.
• Fluent in French and English, other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand and provide personalized customer service.
• Build up a loyal clientele and maintain strong relationships on the selling floor.
• Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay sensitive to competitors’ activities.
• Operate retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base) and attach price tags.
