Belton Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a part-time team member to assist with the planning, implementation and execution of recreational sports activities and concessions.

The role requires evenings and weekends and involves supporting recreation programs, concessions operations, classes and events, plus ensuring parks are clean and safe for games and tournaments.

You will help with opening facilities, handling concessions tasks, and participate in staff training and meetings.

• Assists with a variety of recreation programs, activities, concessions operations, classes and special events/tournaments.
• Concessions work including food preparation, cash register, cleaning, and customer service.
• Ensures the cleanliness and safety of Markey and Memorial parks for league games and tournaments.
• Opens and readies facilities for use and secures facilities upon completion of use.
• Participates in staff training and meetings.

Performs a variety of duties assisting with the planning, implementation and execution of recreational sports activities and concessions for the Belton Parks and Recreation Department. This position is part-time and will require evenings and weekends.
