L&L Products in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France seeks an experienced specialist for Customer Technical Support and Solution Development in composites. You will provide technical expertise on adhesives and composites, perform testing, and develop recommendations for European customers.

Join a role combining technical execution with strategic meetings, contributing to product launches, benchmarking, and continuous improvement across sites and customers.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the composites industry.
• Hands-on expertise in the testing and characterization of composite and adhesive materials.
• Significant experience in customer-oriented technical functions.

Mansioni

• Provide technical expertise on adhesives and composite solutions to European customers.
• Perform testing, validation, and characterization of composite and adhesive materials.

Your missions

Customer technical support

• Provide technical expertise on adhesives and composite solutions to European customers.

• Supporting customers in the design and optimization of their composite parts.

Solution Development

• Design and carry out proofs of concept for the manufacture of composite parts.
• Support the evaluation and launch of new technologies.
• Collaborate with internal R&D teams and external partners to identify new development opportunities.
• Participate in the maintenance of equipment and the continuous improvement of the laboratory.

Project Management

• Manage several technical projects simultaneously.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of tests, results and recommendations.

Desired profile

Education

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Materials Science, Composites Engineering, Materials Chemistry and equivalent technical field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the composites industry.
• Hands-on expertise in the testing and characterization of composite and adhesive materials.
• Significant experience in customer-oriented technical functions.
