Job summary

L&L Products is seeking an experienced EMEA Technical Support professional in France to drive testing programs and provide formal recommendations on adhesive and composite solutions for new product launches. You will design and prove concepts for manufacturing, procure lab tools, and deliver client-facing technical support and presentations.

This role requires strong communication in English and French, plus 3–5 years in composites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Materials Science, Composite Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent English and French language skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the composites industry.
• Strong background in adhesives and composite material testing.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of test programs and provide clear formal written recommendations regarding suitability of new adhesive and composites solutions for product launch.
• Conduct part design and manufacturing proof of concept to show value of our solution for composite manufacturing.
• Support procurement of necessary testing equipment, tools and fixtures for the laboratory.
• Ensure detailed test programs and recommendations for LL adhesives and composite solutions for customer applications.
• Support key client meetings with technical advice and support to the commercial organization.
• Conduct technical presentations to customers highlighting key technical benefits and parameters of our systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations at customer facilities and support scale-up and use of LL solutions.
