Avanath is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations across our communities. You will assist in reporting, rent processing, leasing, marketing, and overseeing the community and staff in the Community Manager’s absence.

The incumbent should have 2+ years in an Assistant Community Manager role, LIHTC knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service, with proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit Program knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and unmatched dedication to customer service.
• Solid bookkeeping and rent collection.
• Thorough understanding of landlord/tenant law.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
• Superior interpersonal skills; tactful, mature, flexible.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsabilités

• Provides A+ customer service to residents at all times.
• Manages and promotes resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Functions as a resource center for residents on issues affecting community living and rent payments.
• Organizes and executes resident appreciation and retention events.
• Maintains confidential resident files.
• Answers phones, greets visitors, and handles foot traffic.
• Assists with leasing tasks, including touring prospective residents.
• Handles property monies, deposits rents and security deposits.
