Datadog is seeking a Program Manager for its Community team to plan and execute regional events across EMEA, including Summits, DASH, Meetups, and user groups. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and seamless experiences while maintaining scalable processes.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, and optimize event operations. A strong background in B2B SaaS and fluent English and French are preferred for this hybrid role.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of program management experience in a similar technical environment (B2B SaaS).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making and building workflows.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

  • Plan and deliver technical programming for local and regional events at scale.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables, coordinating with vendors and procurement as needed.
  • Identify and resolve risks and blockers for event programming.
  • Maintain internal tools and public website for event agenda and speaker content.
  • Own onsite speaker experience and coordinate rehearsals and staffing.
  • Collaborate with Community teams and VP of Community; drive continual improvements and automation.

At Datadog we’re growing our community focused events Datadog Summits, DASH, and our in-office Meetups and User Groups, to enable us to deliver events, and content to our global audience. As we scale these programs we’re looking to hire a Program Manager on our Community team to support our content and advocacy team efforts across these events, and other sponsored events in the EMEA region.

The Datadog Technical Advocacy teams are focused on our local user communities, and bringing our technical content directly to our customers globally. You’ll be responsible for planning and execution to deliver on regional events in EMEA, working across multiple teams at Datadog to ensure our event is high quality and a positive experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Planning and delivering technical programming for local and regional events, ensuring we are able to scale these sustainably
  • Tracking deadlines and deliverables for our content and events, including digital and physical assets, and working with vendors and procurement teams as needed to ensure event success
  • Identifying and resolving risks and blockers for our event programming
  • Maintaining our internal tools and public website for event agenda and speaker content
  • Owning our onsite speaker experience for both internal and customer speakers
  • Managing event programming onsite, coordinating rehearsals, staffing, and ensuring smooth onsite operations
  • Collaborate closely with our Community teams, external stakeholders, and the VP of Community
  • Create and refine processes; maintain focus on continual improvements, automation and scaling
  • Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders ensuring alignment and visibility of information across teams.
Who You Are:
  • You have approximately 2-5 years of experience in program management, leading similar initiatives such as large scale conferences and related programs within a similar technical environment (B2B SaaS company), partnering closely with technical stakeholders
  • You have experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams; strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience building and fostering effective working relationships
  • You have strong communication skills, attention to detail and enjoy building processes
  • You take a data-driven approach to program management; building tools (workflows, custom work intake processes, estimation models), collecting and analyzing data, and driving stakeholder buy-in
  • You have experience influencing without direct authority at senior levels internal and external to the organisation
  • Able to travel via train or air, domestically and internationally, up to 15% of the time
  • Business level English and French proficiency
