Commis de Rang – Bar Galerie (H/F)

Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris – Courtyard, near Champs‑Élysées and the Triangle d’Or.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, handling plating, serving dishes and beverages, and setting and clearing tables in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Master the use and transport of service trays, assist in table setup and maintenance.
• Know the menu and suggest items; explain dishes to guests when requested.
• Properly dispose of and store utensils, linens, and food materials in designated areas.
• Serve water, bread, butter, coffee, and tea, meeting quality criteria.
• Maintain equipment using appropriate cleaning products.
• Report complaints to the Service Officer and follow up for resolution.
• Handle expensive service equipment with care and respect.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a commis de rang, bar or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Full working rights in France, fluent in French; basic English proficiency.
• Excellent teamwork, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
