Jobtailor in Reims, France is seeking a senior Insurance Sales Leader to identify new opportunities in Commercial Risks and develop markets. You will manage a sales team, drive portfolio growth, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while delivering tailored proposals.

Responsibilities include negotiating and closing contracts, monitoring P&C market developments, leading tender responses, and strengthening customer retention through cross-selling and strategic account management.

Qualifications

Expertise in Commercial Risks and property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance contracts and market challenges.
Experience in prospecting, portfolio development, and identifying opportunities.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop tailored proposals.
Ability to manage activities using sales performance indicators.
Leadership skills to support, motivate, and develop a team.
Good knowledge of regulatory environment and compliance with insurance regulations.

Responsabilités

Identify new opportunities and develop new markets in Commercial Risks.
Develop and present tailored commercial proposals.
Prospect, negotiate, and close new contracts in line with the Group’s strategic direction.
Monitor the insurance market and developments in P&C insurance solutions.
Lead responses to calls for tender.
Grow the portfolio through cross-selling, account penetration, and customer retention.
Manage and support the sales team in achieving its objectives.
