Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Manager to oversee operation, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of commercial properties and facility systems. You will ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively while delivering service to tenants and stakeholders.

You will lead maintenance operations, coordinate vendors and contractors, manage preventative programs, respond to emergencies, and drive safety, compliance, and record‑keeping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of facility maintenance experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple building systems and vendor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance and repair of commercial buildings and systems.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; monitor performance.
• Lead maintenance staff; set priorities and ensure safety standards.
