Socomec Sas is seeking a diligent administrative and technical support professional for the Maintenance, New Construction & Energy department. You will organize documentation, digitize processes, and support tools like CMMS and ERP systems.

You will handle purchase orders, invoices, and KPI dashboards, contributing to data reliability and continuous improvement across energy, construction, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Two- or three-year post-secondary degree in a technical engineering assistant program or equivalent.
• Strong technical or multidisciplinary understanding of maintenance, building, energy, construction, and regulatory compliance environments.
• Proficiency with Excel, particularly pivot tables, lookups, and charts.
• Minimum C1 level in French and minimum B2 level in English.

Responsabilités

• Organize, classify, and maintain the department’s technical documentation, including plans, as-built drawings, manuals, contracts, and reports.
• Ensure the updating, traceability, and gradual digitization of documents and documentation processes.
• Create and track purchase orders related to services, construction projects, and maintenance activities.
• Verify that invoices match purchase orders and services rendered, in conjunction with first-level budget monitoring.
• Set up, populate, and ensure the reliability of the department’s dashboards to track KPIs for maintenance, energy, construction, costs, deadlines, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the administration and development of the department’s tools, including the CMMS, energy management tools, space planning, and vehicle charging systems.
