CBRE is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in Clermont-Ferrand to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems. The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services and focuses on supporting equipment uptime and safety.

You will inspect systems, assist with installations, review work orders, and help energy management programs. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, good communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1–2 years related experience or a combination of experience and education.
• Able to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs+, stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Good communication and basic work routines; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety; report violations.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Perform outputs by following defined procedures under supervision and guidance.
