ScorePlay signs major sports deals and seeks a Commercial Contracts Counsel who will own redlines, negotiations, and signatures. You work directly with the General Counsel and are the first contact for Sales on contracts, across the Atlantic.

You review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and more, ensuring terms align with how deals are priced, booked and delivered. Hybrid Paris or remote, with exposure to international negotiations and AI-enabled processes.

• You know commercial contracts inside out.
• You work autonomously and bring a position, fallback and recommendation.
• You ship fast and make calls with 80% certainty.
• You're resourceful and proactive when things are unclear.
• You like helping Sales win and ensure timely deal closure.
• You're excited by AI and want to apply it to repetitive contract tasks.

Responsabilités

• Review, redline and negotiate MSAs, service agreements, order forms, SOWs, NDAs and DPAs with clubs, leagues, federations, broadcasters and brands across countries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps and Customer Success to align terms with pricing, booking and delivery.
• Contribute to privacy, security and due-diligence questionnaires and to international transfer considerations; grow into broader compliance if interested.
