ScorePlay signs deals with major sports entities and seeks a Commercial Contracts Counsel to own redlines, negotiations, and signatures. You will work directly with Lou, our General Counsel, and be the first point of contact for Sales on contracts.

You will review, redline and negotiate MSAs, service agreements, order forms, SOWs, NDAs and DPAs with clubs, leagues, federations, broadcasters and brands across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-house contracts experience.
• Autonomous with ability to propose positions and fallbacks.
• Decisive in moving deals quickly with 80% certainty.
• Enjoy using AI in legal work and seek smarter automation.

Responsabilités

• Review, redline and negotiate MSAs, service agreements, orders, SOWs and NDAs.
• Handle cross-border contracts with clubs, leagues, federations and broadcasters.
• Move deals quickly with pragmatic fallbacks and clear positions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps and Customer Success.
• Contribute to privacy, vendor due-diligence and DPAs.
