Schneider Electric in Grenoble (France) seeks a dynamic Support To business Engineer to strengthen the European Busways Center of Excellence. Based in Grenoble, you will support prescription, tendering, design and training activities across Europe, coordinating with plants and sales teams. Occasional travel to meet customers is expected.
You will leverage your engineering background and commercial mindset to influence technical choices and optimize offers in the Cloud & Service Provider segment.
Within Power Product LoB - Critical Application league, European Busways Center of Excellence team is supporting Front Offices and segments on all steps of projects, through prescription, tendering, design, trainings activities… Team is playing a key role to link front offices, plants and division on busways topics.
To support the growth of our Busway activity, we are looking for a Support To business Engineer to join the European Busways Center of Excellence (CoE). This position plays a key role in reinforcing our technical and commercial support across Europe and strengthening our presence on the Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) segment.
As a Support To business Engineer, you will contribute to the full project lifecycle—from early design and tendering phases to execution (ordering, installation, commissioning). Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing technical and commercial support to local organizations and go‑to‑market teams, by leveraging application expertise, on pre‑sales stage to optimize offers.
The role is based in Grenoble (Eybens), you may be required to travel occasionally to meet customers

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 63.200 - EUR 94.800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
