Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a dedicated CNA to administer nursing care to residents under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager. You will follow individualized care plans and work within our compassionate care team to support residents’ comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, reporting changes in condition, and adhering to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Nurse's Aide by the State of Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Provide a current phone number.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsabilités

• Administer nursing care to residents according to each resident's care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and monitor conditions as directed.

About the role

Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Nurse's Aide by the State of Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Provide a current phone number.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
