INTERPOL’s CMX Unit Coordinator role in Lyon leads daily operations and ensures high‑quality deliverables in the chemical and explosive threat domain. The incumbent directs strategic planning, team leadership, and cross‑border collaboration with member countries and partners.

The position requires senior management experience, program development skills, and the ability to drive complex training initiatives while aligning with INTERPOL standards and donor expectations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in CBRNE law enforcement or related security fields.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience designing and delivering training curricula and programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the CMX Unit's strategic and operational planning in line with INTERPOL's framework.
• Supervise and monitor a multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on chemical and explosive threats.
• Act as primary contact for member countries and international partners.
• Identify opportunities for new projects and partnerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
