Crisis24 in Paris is seeking a Global Operations Coordinator to manage Medical and Security Assistance case delivery in an international setting. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, diary and case management, and liaison with clients, providers and internal teams.

Fluency in English and French is essential, with additional European languages a plus. The role requires flexibility across shifts and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French required.
• Experience in Medical and Security Assistance, Insurance, contact centre or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, five days a week, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Manage Medical and Security Assistance case delivery in an international setting.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails; diary and case management; client liaison.
• Ambassador for excellent customer service and operational excellence.
• Open and manage cases according to SOPs and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Medical Operations, Security Operations, Claims and external stakeholders.
• Prepare case management reports for clients and ensure timely closures.
