CXG is seeking a French Speaker Operations & Community Associate on a freelance basis in Paris. You will drive fieldwork, pilots and related activities, coordinating with global teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

You will recruit, train and certify evaluators from our internal database, manage assignments, and report progress to the Operations Team Lead, applying strong communication and organizational skills in a luxury-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train and certify evaluators from internal database for specific projects.
• Manage timely assignment and execution of missions per client requirements and schedule.
• Coordinate and report project status to the Operations Manager or Team Lead.
