Council of Europe seeks a Programme Manager to support the effective implementation of the MEDICRIME and THO Conventions from a law-enforcement perspective. You will design, coordinate and deliver related activities in close cooperation with states parties and international partners.

You will develop intelligence reports, organize meetings and webinars, manage the 24/7 network, and create training modules for police and other agencies. A secondment with relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in the design, drafting, management and implementation of policies and activities relevant to governments to combat falsified medical products or organ trafficking.
• Knowledge of and understanding of the Council of Europe standards in the area of organ trafficking or counterfeit medical products.
• Be a graduate from a police academy.
• Experience of collaboration with Europol, Interpol and WHO.
• Previous professional experience in relevant bodies or institutions at national level and/or in an international setting.

Responsabilités

• Develop intelligence reports, design and implement law-enforcement activities and cooperation programmes related to the MEDICRIME and THO Conventions.
• Contribute to the regular work and visibility of both Committees of the Parties through meetings and webinars.
• Manage the MEDICRIME 24/7 Network for law-enforcement and legal professionals.
• Ensure development of training modules for Police Academies and other law-enforcement agencies.
