ICON Clinical Research seeks a Site Budget and Specialist Contract to manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and close-out. You will work with Clinical Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure timely site contracts, payments, regulatory compliance, and transparent tracking to support study milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• 2–4 years of experience in contract negotiation or clinical research.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
• Proficiency in contract management/tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely processing of site payments.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.
• Identify, mitigate, and prevent contractual risks.
• Track contract documentation and status in systems with data accuracy.
• Provide timely status reports to study teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance and Management to support timelines.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
