ICON Strategic Solutions seeks an IHCRA to support clinical trial execution and management across sponsor-dedicated programs. You will contribute to advancing innovative therapies by ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations in a global context.

You will monitor trial deliverables, coordinate site management, and train site staff on protocols, with emphasis on adherence to GCP and regulatory guidelines throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or healthcare administration.
• Extensive experience in clinical study coordination or clinical trial management.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate site management, participant recruitment and data collection.
• Monitor trial deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency in conduct.
• Lead contract negotiation and manage site payments.
• Provide training and support to site staff on study procedures.
